Every property has unique characteristics including soil composition, shade, previous treatments, drainage, and foot traffic. Therefore, results from our services may vary. We do not guarantee identical outcomes for every lawn or project, even when using consistent methods and materials.

b. Client Maintenance Required
Your active participation in maintaining your property after service (such as regular watering or following post-installation instructions) is essential. Legacy Landscaping by CJ, LLC is not responsible for damage or diminished results caused by lack of care after project completion.

c. Weather Dependency
All landscaping and lawn services are subject to change due to weather conditions. Excessive rain, drought, extreme temperatures, and storm events may delay services or affect the appearance and success of treatments. We will communicate and reschedule as needed in these cases.

d. Chemical Use Disclosure
We apply herbicides, fertilizers, and pest-control solutions in compliance with all manufacturer guidelines and state requirements. However, temporary plant discoloration or reaction may occur. We recommend keeping pets and children off treated areas for at least 24–48 hours.

e. Quotes and Estimates
Our estimates are based on the visible and reported conditions of your property. If previously unknown conditions arise (such as debris, root systems, or pest issues), additional charges may apply. You will always be contacted before any extra work is performed outside of the original agreement.

8. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for any activities that occur under your user credentials, and you agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or breach of security.
