Client participation is essential. For newly sodded lawns, chemical treatments, or custom landscaping projects, proper ongoing care—including watering, mowing schedule adherence, and avoiding high traffic—plays a significant role in outcomes. Legacy Landscaping by CJ, LLC provides guidance but is not liable for damage due to client neglect or non-compliance with care instructions.

Weather Dependency Disclaimer

All services are weather-permitting. Our ability to complete lawn care or landscaping services is subject to weather conditions. Excessive rain, storms, droughts, or other environmental hazards may delay service or impact outcomes. We will always communicate promptly and reschedule as needed.

Chemical Use Disclaimer

We use products responsibly. All herbicides, fertilizers, and other chemical treatments used by Legacy Landscaping by CJ, LLC are applied by trained staff in accordance with manufacturer and state safety guidelines. However, some discoloration, plant reactions, or temporary changes in appearance may occur. We recommend keeping pets and children off treated areas for at least 24–48 hours after application.

Estimate & Pricing Disclaimer

Estimates are based on current property condition. Quotes are provided based on a visible and reported understanding of your property. If conditions change, or if additional work is required (e.g., hidden debris, underground roots, pest damage), additional fees may apply. We will always communicate before proceeding with any work beyond the original scope.
